University Card Office
The University Card Office is a central resource that looks after every aspect of University cards for staff, students, visitors and retirees
Our aim is to make the application, renewal and replacement process as user-friendly as possible for departmental and college administrators, and authorised requestors who are applying on behalf of others.
We aim to process requests within 3 to 5 working days. However, it may take longer during our busier period, from July to October. We recommend making requests with as much notice as possible, allowing us time to action them.

Card Extension Programme - Access to benefits across University facilities
Staff who’s cards are expiring within 17 September 2023 and 5 January 2024 (inclusive) period will receive an electronic membership extension but won’t get a new card, due to the pressures of card processing at the start of term. If your request is an urgent or sensitive nature, please contact the team at firstname.lastname@example.org
