The Botley Road rail bridge closure, which will take place between 11 April to the end of October 2024, will likely impact the delivery and collection times of hospitality provided by Compass. This is due to the main production kitchen being located in Osney Mead and our teams needing to travel through the closure area.
We anticipate that the potential for delay will likely peak in the first few weeks of the closure when the actual impact is realised. The mitigating operational measures we’ve worked on are implemented accordingly.
Every effort is being made by our catering supply chain to mitigate the effects of these works and maintain the highest quality standards, particularly for hot food deliveries to the cafes and hospitality orders.
